Information Usage and collection

First & Last Name

This information is collected upon account creation. The first and last name data is used soley for addressing tax letters sent to users.

Username & Password

This information is collected upon user account creation. Username and password data is used to verify and identify users when using

one of our platforms.

Mailing Address

This information is collected upon creating an account with Dimewatch LLC or when a user changes their address in Settings.

We use this information to create reports for our promoter’s. In promoter’s reports we do not use users names or street addresses.

We only notate the country, state, and city. We also use Mailing address in order to send users required tax documents after

a specific amount determined by the IRS, of revenue is earned.

Email

This information is collected upon creating an account with Dimewatch LLC or when a user changes their email address in Settings.

We use this information to payout user earnings through Paypal or Vemmo which only require the users email address.

Id identification

This information is collected upon creating an account with Dimewatch LLC.

We use this information to confirm the age of users. Users 18 years of age and older are permitted to create an account with Dimewatch LLC.

This information is never sold to another party and is removed from our database upon verification.

Self Photo

This information is collected upon creating an account with Dimewatch LLC. The self photo is used soley to verify that the ID identification

Phone Number

by Dimewatch LLC in order to contact users in the event of returned tax mail or incorrect email address.

Viewed Promotions

This information is collected when any featured promotion is viewed on one of our platforms. We take record of the user’s that viewed the promotion.

This information is used to create a report for our promoter’s. The viewers personal information besides the Country, State, and City is not

shared in this report. These reports only consist of amounts of views a promotion has from viewers in specific locations. Locations based on address

viewers provided when creating an account with Dimewatch LLC. Username, Password, First name, last name, Street address, email, and any other personal

Collection

All data collected by Dimewatch LLC is secured through Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS).

With Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

Storage

All data collected by Dimewatch LLC is stored in a secured phpmyadmin database.

Protected by secure database access passwords.

Employee Viewing

All Dimewatch LLC employees are evaluated and are able to view specific collected info on a need to know basis.

Example, Dimewatch LLC employee`s who mail tax documents will only be able to view users Name and address.

additionally all information an employee comes into contact with is recorded to establish accountability.

Data Retention and Deletion

Retention

By defualt Dimewatch LLC retains all information collected upon creating an account.

Once a promotion is completed all records of views for that promotion are deleted.

Users may email xavier@dimewatch.net to have the entailing information removed from record.
